SPAG Wellness and Digital Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales (Company No: 16970957) and operates as a UK-registered entity under the governance of UK law. The Company was founded by Mr. Jagishwar Singh Mahil, who serves as Founder and Director.

We provide online yoga, fitness, wellness, and digital services to clients across six countries through our digital platform.

International Expansion Strategy

As part of our structured international expansion, SPAG Wellness and Digital Ltd is in the process of obtaining registered licences and establishing compliant local operations in Australia, Canada, and India. This expansion extends the reach of the UK parent company into these markets.

Until local registrations are formally completed in each jurisdiction, all international services continue to be delivered under the full governance and legal framework of SPAG Wellness and Digital Ltd (UK). The rights, obligations, and protections set out in these Terms and all associated policies apply to all clients regardless of their country of residence.

Accurate Description of Our International Presence

In all communications with international clients, partners, and stakeholders, we use accurate and compliant descriptions of our operations:

• We serve clients in the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and India
• We are in the process of registering locally in Australia, Canada, and India
• All services are currently governed by and delivered under SPAG Wellness and Digital Ltd (UK) until local registrations are completed

We do not claim to be locally incorporated or registered in any jurisdiction where formal registration has not yet been completed.

Data Protection for International Clients

All client data, regardless of the country of residence, is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
