1. Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate granting of online access, refunds are not available once access to digital content or recorded sessions has been granted. This is consistent with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for digital content, which you acknowledge by agreeing to immediate access at the point of purchase.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time in accordance with the Cancellation Policy set out in our Terms and Conditions. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period already paid.
3. Live Classes Cancelled by Us
If we cancel a scheduled live class that you have paid to attend, you will be entitled to one of the following at our discretion:
- A rescheduled session at an equivalent time
- Account credit to the value of the cancelled class
We will notify you of any cancellation as early as reasonably practicable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of the above policy may be considered at the sole discretion of management in genuine exceptional circumstances. Examples that may be considered include:
- Serious illness or hospitalisation (supported by medical evidence)
- Bereavement of an immediate family member
- Other circumstances of significant hardship, assessed on a case-by-case basis
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@spagwellness.com, clearly setting out the reason for the request and enclosing any supporting documentation. We will respond within 10 business days.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
