Spag Wellness provides online yoga, meditation, and wellness classes including live interactive sessions, guided meditation, nutrition guidance, and access to certified instructors.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activities under your account, and providing accurate information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EU Residents: You have a 14-day cooling-off period per EU consumer protection regulations.

Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our services are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for injuries or health issues resulting from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully, share accounts, record/redistribute content, harass others, or interfere with Platform functionality.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations. You may terminate anytime by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

EU/EEA: Laws of your country of residence within the EU; local courts apply.
US: Laws of your state of residence.
Others: Applicable laws of your country of residence.
